Held in Founders’ Park, alongside the Turkey River in historic downtown Elkader, Iowa, you’ll experience the sights, tastes and sounds of this festival.
2023 features 50+ Fine Artists from all over the Midwest including Iowa, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois and Nebraska.
