Join the Decorah Rotary and Lion’s Clubs for a fun and festive 4th of July! Rotary and Lions will be sponsoring music by “A Touch of Brass,” ice cream, and popcorn in the park after the annual Pulpit to Pulpit 5K timed run and 1 mile fun run/walk.
