Green leafy fingertips are beginning to peer forth – come gather and craft with us the first of many magnificent wild salads unique to the moment. Experience the breadth of bold and interesting flavors that is spring greenery while nourishing your body and spirit. We’ll each make our own salad mix to enjoy over a picnic lunch and even learn how to concoct a tasty, traditional “oxymel” for use as a dressing.
