Holiday Lights will be open for drive-through visitors 5 pm – 9 pm at the Pulpit Rock Campground (505 Pulpit Rock Rd, Decorah, IA 52101). Free-will donations benefit Helping Services for Youth & Families’ programs (Domestic Abuse Advocacy, Family Education & Support, Prevention Services, & Youth Mentoring).
