Join us for this retirement celebration honoring John Strauss and his contributions to the life of the college. John taught piano lessons, coached chamber music, served as department head, and led study abroad courses since 1975. His long tenure at Luther has produced a legacy of piano students inspired by his dedication to and love for the piano and its literature. Several of those former students will perform in this recital in his honor.
