It is with excitement that we invite you to our 50th Anniversary Fall Frolic at Luna Valley Farm, rural Decorah. This year’s event is Saturday, Sept. 28. Registration is required to attend; the deadline is Sunday, Sept. 23. This event is open to all – member/owners and non member/owners alike.
Event tickets (meal and music) are $15 each for adult member/owners and non-member/owners. Youth age 10-17 are $5 each. There is no cost for children under age 10, but registration is still required. Pizza service will begin at 5 p.m. and be concluded by 7:30 p.m. Beverages will be available for purchase on-site.
We’re also excited to announce that Switchback will perform from 7 to 9 p.m.. This nationally acclaimed duo is comprised of Co-op member/owner Brian FitzGerald of nearby Lansing and Martin McCormack of Woodstock, IL. FitzGerald and McCormack have brought their original artistry – often termed “American roots, Celtic soul” – to concert venues, clubs, families, schools and rest homes for over 30 years. Joining the duo on percussion is Nick Hirka of Decorah.
