The special meal at the Landing Market features foods with Southern and Caribbean flavors, foods not usually served around here:
• Braised oxtails
• Rice & peas
• Cabbage
• Mac & cheese
• Rum punch cocktail or mocktail
Guest chef is Robert Clay, Luther College Chief Equity and Inclusion Officer and Assistant to the President for Community Engagement.
The cost for the meal is $25 per person. Capacity is limited, and reservations are required by emailing info@thelandingmarket.com.
