Produce Basics will be offered on Wednesday August 24th from 9:00-10:30 AM at the
Winneshiek County Extension office, 2316 Sweet Parkway Road, Decorah.
The workshop, taught by Iowa State University Extension and Outreach Food and Health
Specialist, Jill Weber, is for those wanting to learn more about preparing fresh produce.
The workshop will review storage, cleaning, and preparing various fresh fruits and vegetables. There is no cost for this workshop, but registration is requested for planning purposes. Formore information and to register, contact 563-382-2949.
