Author and instructor Jim Johnson will give a poetry reading from his book, A Good Sauna Always Burns Down at Vesterheim!
Jim Johnson grew up in Northern Minnesota where he developed an awareness and concern for culture and local history as well as the natural world. He is a former Duluth Poet Laureate and has previously published 12 books of poetry.
A Good Sauna Always Burns Down is a collection of previously published poetry, spanning 38 years, all based on his Finnish American heritage.
