Regional Health Services of Howard County presents the Active Aging Expo. The expo will be at the Cresco Fitness Center. It is meant for those 50 , those caring for someone 50 , or those interested in knowing more about resources available to the aging population. Discover information and resources to help with your needs as you age or to help you support an aging loved one. There will be FREE admission and FREE use of the fitness center on expo day as well as door prizes and refreshments. There will be 30 local resources represented throughout with booths open the entire event, as well as specialized programs throuhout the event like “Sit N Be Fit”, “Dementia 101”, and more.
