Ancestors-in-Training: Relational Tools for Sustainable Organizations

Join with community folks in this facilitated workshop, to practice tools for regenerative advocacy work and organizations.  Because the way we tend the work is also the work.  Who is in this Circle? Educators & Mentors – Environmental Stewards – Social Justice Advocates – Community Organizers – Non-Profit Leaders.  We will explore 3 core practices: Somatic Flow for making space for more creative responding. Using Permaculture principles to identify systems & map ‘energy leaks’ in your teams. Mindful Circle Practice for deep listening to build collective intelligence. Cultivate inner grounding to respond with clarity and lead from wisdom.  Be an ‘Ancestor-in-Training,’ architecting communities worthy of future generations.  SUNDAY MAY 24, 1-3PM @ SISSA IN DECORAH Bring your curiosity, otherwise no prior experience needed. (Bring a friend or colleague!)Questions?
