Vesterheim welcomes preschoolers and their caregivers to Barnetimen Children’s Hour. Meet in the lobby of the museum’s Main Building to explore mittens and other warm winter clothing in the museum’s collection.
In January, participants will use colors, textures, and their imaginations to create unique patterns on mitten shapes.
Barnetimen programs are free and geared toward 3- to 5-year-olds, but all ages are welcome. New programs are offered in person at the museum the third Tuesday of the month from 10 a.m. – 11 a.m., September through April.
