Carnaval Latino Americano

Mark your calendar for Carnaval Latino Americano,  the first Eats-Education-Engagement event of 2026-27. This lively event will be held  Wed., Sept 16, 5-7 pm. Latines Unides, a student group at Luther College, will prepare and serve these items: Main Dish: Arroz con Pollo, Guacamole, and Chilaquiles Dessert: Carlota de Limón Drink: Hibiscus (Agua de Jamaica) Cost is $15/person and $10/students with ID and for children. Now in its 3rd year, this and future Eats-Education-Engagement events are supported by Luther’s Center for Intercultural Engagement & Support (CIES) and The Landing. Support Luther students! Everyone is welcome!
