Join us for family fun and learn some Norwegian language and culture along the way! Through hands-on activities, fun crafts, light-hearted games, and short videos, you and your family will learn and practice your new Norwegian skills. A kit will be delivered right to your home containing supplies for these language activities, a helpful reference sheet for all the new words and expressions you will be learning, a fun craft, and a yummy treat.
The adventure starts on August 1, and the vocabulary and phrases will focus on Norwegian summer activities. The instructional videos teaching you these key terms will be short to ensure you have plenty of time to be active together as a family. These videos and activities are geared towards all ages, but most appropriate for families with school-age children.
Note: This program has been designed for families to experience on their own schedules. There is no live Zoom event and no scheduled class time – your family can participate anytime during the month when it works for your schedule! On the first of the month, you will receive an email with the links and information about how to access the material.
