The Oneota Film Festival will be hosting a series of FREE Pre-Festival Film Screenings around NE Iowa and SE Minnesota this winter. These events are open to the public and free to attend. Come to one, or come to all 5! At every screening you attend, you will be able to register to win a prize package from the Oneota Film Festival.
