Vesterheim offers free museum admission and family activities on the second Saturday of every month.
The special exhibit Lars Fletre: Resistance, Resilience, Artistry features a remarkable range of artwork by this talented Norwegian-American artist, including sculpture, woodcarving, painting, and glass art. Check out the exhibit from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. and then create your own sculpture using soft foam blocks and plastic tools in Vesterheim Hanson Commons from 11 a.m.-2 p.m.
