We are thrilled to invite you to Tailwind Acres for an evening of exquisite dining with our guest chef, Pete Kerns. Chef Pete is a dedicated farmer and passionate cook who brings years of hands-on experience growing sustainable, high-quality produce in Eastern Iowa.
This Italian-inspired, 4-course meal and the ambiance will be steeped in all things autumn and feature some of the best local vegetables and cuts of meats around. Weather depending we will either enjoy the meal indoors in one of our historical events space or al fresco on the farm. Chef Pete is offering a meat and a vegetarian option and will accommodate dietary restrictions within his capacity.
