Experience the sparkle of the season BY FOOT at Holiday Lights! Hosted by Helping Services for Youth & Families, this beloved annual holiday display at Decorah’s Pulpit Rock Campground features dozens of dazzling lighted scenes and holiday cheer for all ages.
Walk-Through Night is your one day opportunity to walk through the park for the 2025 season (available as a drive-thru only event after that!). Bundle up, grab your friends or family, and head to the campground. This night includes special opportunities for free soup, hot chocolate, cookies, the music of local choirs, and time with Santa too!
Donations support the important programs of Helping Services, making your visit both merry and meaningful.

NO VEHICLES allowed in the park on this special night. Pulpit Rock will be closed to traffic, but we have AWESOME traffic controllers who park efficiently and safely on the north end near 5th Avenue and the south end of the park off of Oneota Rd (many know it as the Twin Springs campground entrance). From Highway 52 enter via Valley View Drive or Oneota Rd. Car pooling is encouraged!
The event happens in all types of weather, so dress accordingly! The event will only cancel for extreme weather conditions (look for announcements on Facebook.com/helpingservices

Holiday Lights will continue to be open nightly after this from Thanksgiving (Thursday, November 27) – Christmas (Thursday, December 25), 5PM – 9PM for drive-thru opportunities only.
- Santa visits every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday through December 21!
