Poses and Posies: Yoga and Flowers!

Join us for a morning of rest and reset with Laura Ollendick as she leads Yoga on the Farm from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, August 22. Laura is the owner of The Healing Shack, a space for self-discovery and open expression. She is an RYT 500, Reiki Master, Teacher Trainer, and Medicinal Aromatherapist. After class, enjoy a delicious scone and pick your own beautiful flower bouquet! Details:-Feel free to bring your own yoga mat, or use one of ours. Don’t forget to bring a water bottle!-General parking is available in the field across the street.-Accessible parking is available onsite only.-Absolutely no outside alcohol-No pets (service animals only)-No smoking Pre-register, $40 (includes tax):• 60 minutes of guided yoga instruction for ANY level and ability. • Enjoy a delicious baked good after your yoga class, as well as a pitcher for u-picking your own flower bouquet.
