The Decorah Farmers Market is the best place to find local food and goods from Northeast Iowa’s small producers and artisans.Â
The outdoor market takes place May through October on Wednesday afternoons from 3PM to 6PM and Saturday mornings from 9AM to 12PM, in the lower Oneota Community Co-op parking lot. The indoor market keeps the Farmers Market season going with four opportunities to shop from 9AM to 12PM in November and December at the Winneshiek County Fairgrounds – Danan Lansing Building.Â
Our vendors accept a number of easy and convenient payment methods including cash and checks, with many vendors now able to accept credit cards. Many vendors participate in the Winneshiek Medical Center Farmers Market Senior Nutrition Program, the Decorah Food Pantry Coupon program, SNAP, and Double Up Food Bucks. We also have an EBT and debit card terminal available.
The Decorah Farmers Market hosts live musicians every Saturday from 9AM – 12PM.

Imani has a passion for Midwest farming heritage, local foods, and investing in the community. As Market manager, Imani looks to problem solve creatively to help create effective solutions for the continued future of the market. The Market Manager helps with set-up, tear-down, vendor and customer questions, food safety and code compliance, and market administration. They manage the various coupon programs and – at market – can help customers convert electronic money into market tokens that are accepted at every stall. Imani is responsible for communications for the market as a whole and work with vendors to maximize engagement and sales. You can contact Imani directly with questions.
