Level 1 Norwegian Language Class (Online) with Berit Skogen

Hoping to travel to Norway someday? Want to connect with Norwegian friends or family in their native language? We’ve got you covered! Start your Norwegian-language learning or refresh stale language skills. During the eight-week session, we’ll cover the basics of grammar and vocabulary to get you ready to connect with other Norwegian speakers. If you like, you’ll get activities to extend your learning between class meetings. Bli med! (Come join!) This online course runs for 8 Tuesdays, August 4-September 22 (6:00-7:00 pm CT). Berit Skogen is a graduate from Luther College, receiving her bachelor’s degree in Nordic studies and history with minors in Africana studies and religion. She has studied Norwegian intensively at Luther College and at the University of Oslo’s International Summer School. Berit has recently completed a Fulbright as an ETA in Ås, Norway. She is passionate about Norwegian language and culture. Berit is currently pursuing her master’s in Scandinavian Studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and can’t wait to share her love of the language with her students.
