Convergence CiderWorks' cider is a convergence of apple and pear trees, land, water, and growers; of history, heritage, modern sensibility, and sustainability. Their hard cider’s lifecycle begins with whole ingredients, fruits and herbs. These whole fruits are pressed and fermented through various methods to create both easy-to-enjoy and more hardy heritage hard ciders and berries. Convergence' mission is all about engaging with the community and giving back.  A portion of the production from each release will be dedicated to local and equity causes. Industry diversity and community support are key tenants in the Convergence model.

And as you gear back up for your walk, run, ride or drive around Northeast Iowa, fuel up with something to eat as you choose from our snack, sandwich, side or dessert menu. Panini sandwiches or a soft Bavarian pretzel with warm homemade cheese dip. The gift shop has  PIVO merch and art made on-site at Blepta Studios. Check the website or Facebook for upcoming art classes where you can relax, sip, and paint with your friends. Consider booking a private art party.

With a rotating tap list that balances classic styles, unabashed hop-enthusiasm and adventurous flavor-infusions, we aim to provide our guests with a spectrum of tastes and experiences. Inside, our tasting room blends a cozy, rustic feeling with reclaimed barn wood walls & tabletops alongside the pride of our Founder's alma mater, Luther College. Seating for roughly 50 guests keeps things lively yet thoughtful for conversations. During the warmer months, our bay door opens to a shaded patio which doubles Pulpit Rock's capacity, and in the winter, you can enjoy your brew inside an igloo–because why not?! Pulpit Rock Brewing was expressly designed as a destination for people of all backgrounds and tastes. With a vibrant but balanced tap list, we encourage you to stop in and experience our approach to Contemporary American Beer. Come enjoy a delicious double IPA, a crisp Kölsch-style ale or a roasty Porter, with a routine brewing schedule of the same recipes stalls our enthusiasm for exciting flavor infusions, different hop varieties or unique yeast strains.
